ANZ Stadium ~ Homebush

Some of the angles in images taken conjure a 'space-age' atmosphere.
Looking back at this now, its more like something from 'the outer limits' ;-)

BUT..its Sydney (believe it or not)..the Olympics were here in 2000.

Space age definitely, reminiscent of the 'Spanish City' in winter....... no-one on the helter skelter ;-)

They looks a bit robotic, don't they....if ever the water restrictions are lifted they may be able to clean it up....though I recall a state of the art recycled water plant was built there.
