One of my favourite spring flowers is the White Fawn Lily, also known as Easter Lily, White Trout
Lily and even Dog Tooth Violet. The White Fawn Lily grows on mossy slopes in light shade on all of
the Gulf Islands, but unfortunately is becoming more and more rare as the press of development
takes over its habitat.
