Connection from Chemainus, Vancouver Island, to the smaller islands of Thetis and Kuper is by ferry. It's about a 15 to 25 minute ride (depending on the island) and you get the scenic beauty of the islands, mountains and water, along with occasional whales, dolphins and various sea birds. All in all an enjoyable ride if you're into exploring two of the Southern Gulf Islands.
