Thanks for the lovely compliment Ev; I should mention that there are 2 beautiful rose photos in the Roger Mann book that were taken by Ev and his wife...and quite a few by the Rosarian Paul Barden from the U.S.A... To Kathy & Ann, I have the Susan Irvine & Austin books..
Thanks to everyone who commented...Von.

First thought it´s 'The name of the rose' by Umberto Eco (LOL). Pink is perfect for your very special edition.

I seem to recall that some of your own roses feature in at least one of these books! Your photo of Tipsy Imperial Concubine which was published in Roger Mann's book still remains one of the most beautiful rose photographs I have ever seen.

beautiful for books, it would be helpful for me to identify roses, as some roses are still not familiar to me

I've got the Botanica one. Is it the one on the left that your rose pics are in? Do you have Susan Irvine's Rose Gardens of Australia...thats one of my favs.

No wonder you know so much about roses if you have read all of these! The pink toning is appropriate!
