It might not look like much, but this is the heart of the fuel delivery system in my MGB.
This morning I was replacing all the dry and brittle rubber fuel line, you can see the cracked rubber in this picture.
When I got to the pump I noticed the plastic body where the fuel lines enter and leave was cracked also.
At this point I'm not sure what that portends, but I suspect it means I need a new pump...
