Soesterberg

Pictured during a hazy take off from Soesterberg in March 1987. F-4E 74-1049/SP belonged to 480TFS at the time. Note the characteristic sharkmouth and travel pods. '049' later flew a couple of years from George AFB, before retirement to Davis-Monthan in 1991. It was still noted there in 2009.
