For the Thursday Challenge - "Material, Fabric, Cloth".

This is the sleeve from a Class A uniform and is presented to members at the time
of retirement. Each star represents 5 years of service and each bar is 2 years. The
2 gold stripes indicate that the member was an officer. It is framed along with a
certificate of retirement. I removed it from its frame for photographing.
