Just my opinion, but some historic cities with older surroundings should not get modern design construction. at least not on the exterior, of course new technology with internal construction but made to blend with existing surroundings. IMHO of course
It is certainly an eye catcher with the square windows and all that glass and then a deck to enjoy the view and a meal and refreshments.
Very nice reflections through out the building.

a cutting edge design, and yes, quite the contrast with the stately structures normally associated with Vienna...super comp packs the frame with interest...V
