The most close translation I can give is this: "In a corn field where I don't know".

It is the first verse of a very famous Italian song "Papaveri e Papere" (Poppies and Ducks) (Nilla Pizzi - 1952) talking about the improbable love between a Poppy and a little duck.

They got married, but the corn was cut at the end of Summer and the poor little duck remained alone with her own problems... ;)
