I lived a block north from here in Ocean One condos not too long ago, its a shame they wrecked all the cute ocean front themed motels in Sunny isles. I always wished they made that area a historic district like on Biscayne blvd south of 79st. i wonder, was Golden beach around at the time, u cant tell from this picture.
