Chris, my grandmother attended this performance. This was during the time when Elvis was dating June Juanico. She was under age at the time and her mother would not let her travel with Elvis without a chaperone. That chaperone was my great aunt, Reba Miller from Wilson, N.C. How June's mom picked aunt Reba is a mystery. When Elvis and June arrived in Miami they visited with Aunt Reba's brother in Miami Shores and invited my grandmother over a few days before the performance. I was 12 years old then and allowed to tag along. Elvis invited my grandmother to his performance at the Olympia Theater and took every one out to dinner after the show. My grandmother was very impressed and became an Elvis fan the rest of her life. I did not get to go because they told me I was to young. I share all this because of the remote possibility that June Juanico, who was also at this performance, with a possible front row seat, may know who that was. I believe she is still alive.
