Don that photo cannot be from the 1970s. The blimp is GZ-19A Mayflower VI, registration N4A, control car C-135. envelope D-638, registration N4A. It was withdrawn from Miami in September 1968, dismantled in 1969 and scrapped in 1970. It was replaced by GZ-19A Mayflower VII, registration N1A which is easily distinguished by having blue painted fins.

It is "otherwise noted" as "from a postcard." If you interpreted the text at the bottom correctly you wouldn't be writing what you did.

Just because you artfully scanned a post card, you DO NOT have the copyright. Only the original photographer owns it. Don't be silly.

I'd say it's the late 60's. The One Biscayne Tower does appear to have broken ground, as it did in 1969.
