Third Place - The Joy of a Winter's Night - by PeterK

Looked up while walking my dog at 1 AM to see this wintery image. Ran and got my tripod and camera, but forgot a flashlight. Guessed at the focusing, and tried several bulb exposures with the moon visible. But as time wore on, the moon moved behind a branch, resulting in this image, which makes me happy. -- Happy New Year to All!
