They are made of Zwetschgen which are wrapped around with a potatoe tough and poached in water like dumplings. Served hot in homemade vanilla sauce,
decorated with breadcrumbs melted in warm butter with sugar and cinnamon. Sounds a lot of work, it is, but heavenly. Originally a Bohemian recipe!!
PS. I opened one dumpling for you to see the fruit in side!
