Houston's City Hall has a lovely pool in the mall that lay to the east of it, often the site of public displays ...the International Festival Grounds are just adjacent to this & fenced off as they charge for admission ...this exhibit was free ...the sun was high in a clear afternoon sky & from the left ...I had to clone out some lens flair on the left side of the building
