Message from Wes Thorpe Thanks for viewing my galleries. My interest in Photography really developed with the advent of Digital Cameras. I had and indeed still own a Pentax SLR Film Camera but this gets no use these days! I am now an enthusiastic Canon man with three camera bodies- A 5D, 20D and 300D and a wide assortment of Canon lenses. My favourites at the moment are the fantastic EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS USM & the EF 135mm F2 L USM. My main photographic interests are grand events such as Carnival etc. I love landscape too- but I always try to include a human figure in them to give a sense of scale to the landscape. The Galleries are best viewed in the ORIGINAL size.
