Transylvania County - Pisgah National Forest
Yes, it's a man-made waterfall, but an unexpected surprise on Sunday's hike. The small lake is called Hendersonville Reservoir, and I'm assuming it's no longer in use. It's in the Mills River recreation area of the forest at the beginning of the Big Creek Trail.
