Memorial to the Huegenot settlers of the Stellenbosch area. This memorial is huge and has a graveyard, museum, flower garden, and the memorial itself. It was interesting to watch the photography group scatter about, all seeing different attractions. I chose this image because of the interplay of light and shadow, as well as the impressive mountains that ring the wine area in the background.
