Garlic sprouts

#21 April Challenge - 30 Things -

"Fresh"

Garlic sprouts immerging in April from cloves planted last October.
I plant 100 heads of 10 varieties, ready to be harvested in mid July.
Curing undercover in the boathouse with ocean breezes takes a month.
The heads then get trimmed and bagged by variety and are ready for winter storage.
I'm still using last year's crop!
