Galveston, TX

This is the top of the Catholic Church that is nestled in the heart of Galveston. I'm praying that God watches over each and everyone that is going through the wrath of Hurrican Ike. May God keep you safe and help you through the days ahead. My prayers are with all of you.

Wow, that's an image I'll remember for quite a while. Mother Nature can be cruel from time to time, but I guess she's right in giving back for some of the bad things we've done to her...

I am watching the news this morning that Ike has hit land,I too will keep the families in that area in my prayers!

Yes, a great thought...I don't understand those who have stayed to " wait it out, " however, I hope everyone remains safe...we are seeing scary pictures too.
