Size:	Approximately 9" High x 2" x 2".
Notes:	The blocks used for this piece and for "IMPOSTOR" (see elsewhere) were originally one, but a seasoning split necessitated their separation. Guidance regarding proportion and detail were obtained from published sketches and photographs of sea horses obtained from the Children's Section of the Sturgis Public Library. The specific pose was designed by the carver. Note the more subdued hue of this piece compared to the more reddish cast of "IMPOSTOR". The only difference in treatment was in the type of "varnish" used.
