14th April 2005, early present

It will be Aiden's birthday tomorrow.
He has been asking for a camera,
since he tried out Conor's.
It came this afternoon in a parcel
and he has been asking to open it.
When I came home I gave in,
and so we nipped up to the stones,
even though it was misty and getting dark.

Two of our grandaughters have their own cameras & both are taking some really good shots. I think it's a great idea...better that than them staring at playstation in their spare time. Happy birthday Aiden. Hope you have hours of pleasure.

In 20 years, there are going to be some awfully experienced photographers around. My 4-year old daughter loves to use my Rebel and she's pretty good at it. Of course these same kids will have been talking on cell phones for 20 years too so there's no telling what they'll be like.
