With all the snowfall over the past three weeks the drive up the Poudre Canyon is just beautiful. I drove up early to look for my PAD. This is an image of the Poudre River taken on the bridge to the Hewlett Gulch trail head just above the community of Poudre Park. I was not able to see the eastern morning sunrise but it must have been wonderful as it sure lit up the ridge behind me and the western sky as this image shows.
