My name is Monique Simons and I was born in Heerlen, the Netherlands. Since 2004 I’m living with my husband and dogs on the island of Koh Samui (Thailand). In 2006 I started photographing and since that time nature photography is my biggest passion, especially capturing all those beautiful insects flying and crawling around.
