This mountain is what remains of a massive cataclysmic volcanic eruption 20 million years ago,
that destroyed everything for 100 miles (160 km) around and sent ash 1,000 miles (1,600 km)
and likely effected the earth's climate for years afterward. Would have been something to see,
if one could have survived it.
With all that in mind, if one imagines these clouds as being smoke, one might get an idea of
what it might have looked like while this mountain was still a smoldering pile of hot rock.
