July 27th answer

Too easy - it was my laundry basket.
And a plea to all American pbasers - support 'The Right To Dry'
What's wrong with hanging clothes out on a line to dry?
I was horrified when friends who moved to the US told me
they weren't allowed to hang their clothes out. Is it any wonder
we have an energy crisis?

What an odd law to have with all the talk of global warming! As Jola says,
you can't beat the lovely freshness of clothes dried in the sun & wind!

Weird law, indeed. There's no better scent for clothes than dried in the wind and sunshine, outside :)

Quite right Mairead, my Sister in law in Florida would LOVE to hang her clothes out on a line in her private garden, but isn't allowed to !!!

LOL - it's even got a label on it :) Now... if you'd only given us that bottom left corner with the funky reflections.... ;-)
