Pale green assassin bug nymph (Zelus luridus) with tiny spider

These are very common right now, and as they overwinter in this stage, they will be common again in early spring. They are wingless so cannot fly as the adults can. However, this doesn't stop them from being efficient predators just as they are in their adult form. This emerald green bug with the bright red eyes has impaled a tiny spider on its beak.
