It's a tradition in Poland to take a walk on the second day of Christmas, the 26th of December (called Boxing Day in Britain and known as Holy Szczepan, or St. Stephen's Day in Poland).
People walk around and go to churches to see the nativity scenes.
Beautiful image and scene in a so frosty night! Rich decorations ,but it´s the capitol and a great boulevard! V.
PS.I heard in the news, that it is so cold overnight and many people died already in Poland!
What beautiful lights and light that you captured. What an awesome image. PErfectly exposed. Lovely work and mood. I wouldn't mind walking about there. V

Gorgeous! You did an amazing job capturing the falling snow and the light displays.
I love the feeling of this image. The lights on the ground are beautiful. I really like the composition and that the streetlights are leading the eyes to where the people are walking.
A Beautiful picture and a lovely way of celebrating. Unfortunately now in the UK the Christmas Windows are stripped out of the Shops on Christmas Eve, in preparation for the Sales that start on "Boxing Day"
