Pity the Captain was the exception to the fabulous Japanese Pilots rule and was quite bad: He decided to cut short the trip, and perform the steepest descent into Tokyo I've ever done, deploying the Air Brakes, and making me and my Family a big headache and ears popping!!!! I am considering stop flying ANA, and do JAL instead.... Inconsistent Pilots, just think of their own interest... Cowboy flying!...
