I have used Agfa Slide Film a lot before, one because it was cheaper, and 2nd because they could develop it, with a very good quality near Lisbon, and 1 day only!
But usually, after some years, the colours would be very faded, and the image degraded a lot!
It was with a great surprise I found those photos, with fantastic quality! and a very nice rendering on contrast and colours, after digitalizing!...
