I chatted with the owner seated in his "Rat Rod" for a good fifteen minutes at this show.
While i'm not one to criticize one's ride this one puzzled me has to how it could even be close to street legal.
All he had to do was produce the 1915 VIN number and presto plates.
This has never seen an inspection, but i'm guessing one day it will, I hope he's prepared to walk home.....
