What am I doing wrong?

The adbove picture is edited as raw file in Photo Elements 4
while the picture below is the jpeg that is edited
in Nikon Capture 4.. The yellow and organge glow
is true to the actual scene, but the PE seems to have
a red cast??




Of course, I have not read the manual for PE 4.. but I am taking
it with me for light reading while stuck on planes and trains..
