Abell 82 is a mag 12.7 PN in Casseopiea. The DSS image is here: http://tinyurl.com/pwsaoo2
The central star is listed as mag 14.9.The diameter is listed at 94". However this does not include the faint oval shell or symmetrical lobes seen here on either side of the apple core. Thanks Sakib Rasool for recommending another obscure and interesting target.
