My parents celebrate July 5th as their anniversary, and now they have had
64 of 'em. I couldn't be in Florida to celebrate with them, so I honor their
anniversary with a bike ride equal in miles to their years together. Today
was a 64 mile ride (actually went over 65!) on Coronado Island and down the
Silver Strand and such.

I use the time on the bike to reflect on their life,
the blessings they've had and the blessings they have given me.

Every year, they make this ride a little bit harder! This year I did the
ride on my fairly new bike, nicknamed Ruby Roubaix, a Specialized road bike.
I realize the picture isn't particularly creative but hey! I'm TIRED!!! :-)
