These people are assembling an amazing Living Christmas Tree. At the annual
Christmas on the Prado (temporarily being called December Nights in the
interest of PC), their church will put on an incredible concert. During
the carols, different parts of the tree "open up" to reveal all the people
from the Nativity Scene, real people in full costume, standing perfectly still.
It's breathtaking!
