The Northern Parulas seemed to be hanging around mostly in the treetops over the weekend at Quintana Neotropical Bird Sanctuary. This was a bit of a challenge so when I saw this individual drop down to eye-level I was excited to see if I could get a shot. This was only a fleeting moment but I’m so glad I was paying attention. I just love the “pose.”
