Brookwood, Surrey
A London bound train pauses at Brookwood station with a few passengers on a quiet Sunday evening.
Brookwood was once the junction of two short specialised branch lines. The earlier one served the adjacent cemetery and mourners trains ran until 1941. On the opposite side ran a branch serving a nearby army camp, but latterly only as far as the NRA rifle ranges - the final service running here in 1952.
