Correction: The second paragraph should end with: ": so it is not likely you will be noticed."

I am using the M.Zuiko 75-300mm f/4.8 -6.7 II on an Olympus E-M1. Unless otherwise stated, all of my images are in RAW and post-processed. The lens is sharper than I thought it would be, even wide open at 300mm (600mm equivalent) and has nice bokeh. I carefully sharpen my images in post processing. I am working on 'mastering' it, as the maximum apertures are small and it 'loves' a lot of light. It also, can be tricky to focus at 300mm. There is some chromatic aberration at times and that needs to be corrected in post processing.

It is great to have the extra reach and it is quite compact and not too heavy for a lens with this focal range. Although the lens is certainly noticeable, I think it will be a good street and mall lens, as you can be quite a distance from your subject and use the LCD to frame the image: so it is likely you will be noticed.

Overall, I am very happy I bought this lens. For its focal range and zoom capabilities it is quite sharp. I think I will be using it more than I expected.
