March April, and now into May, Nature added the weeds and old leaves...

Meanwhile, we're still not on the Spring planting schedule. Unfortunately, temperatures are also supposed to hit the 90's next week. That means the Spring planting window is closing or has already closed. We were supposed to be done with everything by April 15th. Obviously, things are still at a stand still.

Frankly, above is not how I want to spend my Summer. This whole project started way back in March 2024. So far, the only new things are the fountain my husband installed, the butterfly bench I bought last Fall, and now the new tall planter in the corner.

The stain on the wood is still the ugly grey brown and now the rich brown that it should be. Ugh.
