To add interest to the trip I put together a list of 15 challenges to photograph.
The first was a Marshall Eagle as we had not seen one on our previous trips.

We came across this one building a nest on S29 near Crocodile Bridge.
He kept flying between a tree right next to the road and his nest, breaking off very large branches each time.

The tree was directly into the sun so the images are not great but the experience was amazing.
We kept going back to the nest but never saw him repeat the process, a reminder of how lucky we are to see many behaviours just once!
