Though all the tourist guides will warn you that if you want the good saffron, you have to insist to the shop owner to take out the "real stuff", which is inevitably stuffed in a can and hidden way out of view.

That's marvelous , I'm an Egyptian photographer who never saw the beauty of Egypt this way, I saw other countries' beauty , maybe it's the spirit of a tourist, but I admit that you are an excellent photographer. Good Luck
