I came to this year's celebration to shoot fireworks & wanted a venue that would allow me to get the grand downtown buildings behind the display & ideally this mirrored skyscraper, Heritage Plaza
I had formerly watched this from one of the adjacent neighborhoods
unfortunately two attendants gave me mis-information as to where the fireworks would be, so I had to settle for what I got
the musical entertainment this year was excellent: Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert & Jo Dee Messina
I got some good shots all the same & there is always next year
