I was on an unfortunately hectic schedule this trip as my bro had some meetings to attend & we were hightailing it to the Reading Terminal Market for a quick lunch in between
City Hall is completing a face lift ...I miss the grunge, but it is certainly among the contenders for most outrageously ornate in the annals of city halls & looks better for its restoration
