I had brought along a new long-reach lens for my Panasonic GH2, a 100-300mm zoom (equivalent to a 200-600mm lens on a 35mm camera), with which I hoped to get some good shots of birds on the wing. This is definitely going to take some practice; they move a lot faster than my usual buggy subjects.
