As I rounded a right curve where Hwy 127 intersects Hwy 12 between Dayton and Pomeroy, WA, a big splash of red suddenly entered my peripheral vision, so I pulled over to investigate. I liked the way the red building stood out in the green countryside, backstopped by the gentle slope of the hill and the cloudy sky.
