Hallo Ann, what you need is a good strong coffee! Shall I beam one over? I was woken by the man delivering my Tri-Grips at 8am, so no lie-in on me day off... I even managed to get dressed and run down the stairs in less than twenty seconds so burning was the desire for tri-grips...
