This Japanese Maple has been in the courtyard of the
cottages we stay in at the end of October every year
since I was a wee lil' lad. It's big enough now for
the children to climb and play in. Never before has
it been as lovely as it was this weekend. This was a
first trip without Dad who loved this place more than
the rest of us combined. We had a memorial Sunday at
a place he and Mom picnicked along the Little Pigeon
River. A little piece of Dad will always be here.
I'm adding more to my CoilePhotography galleries from
the weekend. Feel free to see them by clicking the link.
