For my part I will bring you a red greek wine of 1998, it was a good year. A good wine and a good company is all you need in such situations;)

Without a doubt, I would have a 'Trinchero' Cabernet Sauvignon. We have had good luck with their 2001 coastal grapes. The Trinchero family uses vineyards from Lake, Monterey, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Napa counties in their Cabernet. With the fresh ingredients you are enjoying here, Trinchero's Cab will certainly flare your nostrals...
