This juvenile Cooper's Hawk flew to a tree near my
patio this morning. It could be the reason "my" adult
Cooper's was absent for several months this summer.
It was alone, but already seemed to know about the
hunting location my patio is.
Even if it is the offspring of my regular hawk, I think
the adult will soon run it off its territory.
