Hello. I am Christianne F. Vitug, an SPUM alumna (Education, batch 2000). Today, I found Mrs. Carey here in your site, been looking for her in various networking sites (in vain though). Then Google picked up your site containing some of her pictures (with Sister Natividad too!).

With this discovery, I do seek your permission that I post the said picture in my Facebook profile. I am thinking of collecting pictures of people who have greatly influenced me - both as a teacher and as a person. And thank God, I found your fantastic gallery!

I look forward to your positive response on this matter. More power to you! :)

Thank you for explaining to me the meaning of the word "Carinosa". I heard that word from my dad telling my mom although she's an american and not a pinay but after 51 yrs of being married to my dad.....parang true pinay na rin siya. She even eat adobo. BTW - I think that I saw your picture in your gallery. Your face is a symbol of a true and a beautiful filipina. :-)

I love all your work. "Carinoza" is that means "malambing" in tagalog? if it is........that is a pretty name. I understand a bit of tagalog cause my dad is a pinoy.

Very well-composed photos, especially the European shots. The best ones, though, are kinda morbid--at best surreal.
Carinoza26-Oct-2006 07:02
The gallery name is "EUROPE 2005" and yes - the trip itself - aside from the 2 weeks initially spent around Germany for the 20th "World Youth Day" celebrations - took another two weeks! Can you believe that? We spent our time wisely, eh. Juniski left after Paris, but I extended on to more countries and cities.

In fact, I should have been in Venice for the first day of the Venice Film Festival (where the premiere of "Brokeback Mountain" was shown), but the one who had the EuroRail pre-paid group ticket went ahead and didn't wait for me despite the fact that nauna pa kaming mga kasama ko sa train station. But it's ok, the rest of the group went to "Mini Europe" in Milan instead (see "Milan" gallery). The joke with those who left us is that sila Venice lang ang nakita - kami buong Europa! Ha ha!

Hi ya coz!

No worries. It takes a couple days naman to have it delivered.

I checked the pictures you posted. Galing galing! Was the shots from the different European countries all taken from a single trip? Or just a collection of different
trips you took?

Anyways, you guys look great!
